Development of squat, overhead press and deadlift techniques. Using our new custom built outdoor rig with 4 squat bays, barbells, dumbells, kettlebells and a range of accessories,

Thursday evenings 7pm

Saturday mornings 10:30am

Places limited to 8 per class, you will need to bring an exercise mat and complete all Aptitude Fitness and Wellbeing Ltd forms prior to arrival
