Board hire, life jacket and paddle included.
Prior to booking please acknowledge the following :
1. You are fit and healthy and have no injuries or illnesses that would effect you taking part or could cause risk of any sort
2. Please declare any health conditions that may affect their mobility / general health
3. Please declare your compentency in swimming / are confident in water. You shal take full resposibilty for your own swimming ability and acknowledge that there is no provision of lifeguards for this event
