In January 2016 I became a single parent, I weighed over 20 stone , was suffering from depression and anxiety, I desperately wanted to turn my life around but didn’t know where to start.
Through weight training, eating right, working hard and sheer determination I dropped from a size 22 to 12 and dramatically improved my physical and mental health. Striving to be the best version of myself felt empowering and I wanted to share this with others.
I am incredibly proud to have created a community where women can train in a judgement free environment, a space where you can come and meet friends as well as making improvements to your physical and mental health.
