I know that hiring a personal trainer seems a daunting prospect, especially if you are new to exercise, but with individual routines and nutritional plans I aim to make all training enjoyable and successful.

Aptitude fitness also offers group training sessions if you would rather train with a friend. All training is varied with programmes regularly updated for your continued improvement.

Personal Training is a great way to kick start your fitness regime and give you that motivation to succeed. As your trainer I will make every effort I can to help to achieve your goals and to increase your knowledge of exercise and fitness, giving you all the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    • Train in the comfort of you own home (For aqua training access to a pool must be provided by client)
