I needed to lose weight to fit into my wedding dress and I also wanted to improve my speed on the netball court. Kelly helped me to improve my running and was really patient with me. She never made me do any exercise that I felt uncomfortable with. I managed to lose a stone in 3 months and I can now run non stop for 20 mins!
